You can try out GMG (I've used them a long time ago for Steam keys and had no problems)

https://www.greenmangaming.com/

Besides that, I stick to Steam and don't bother with keys anymore.

i dont think stolen keys still stand true now. most of the keys they sell from regional pricing abuse

Humble Bundle is safe. Some people say some of their keys have an expiration date after you get them, so if your ever decide to gift ones you don't want, make sure they have not expired.

Have used GMG for years, quite often. I like them a lot.

The only problems I've run into with GMG were occasionally some loooong-delayed key deliveries. But overall good experiences.

Can confirm they're legit, basically get their keys the same way as Humble, et al. But ofc you can still have delivery trouble with any service (including Steam itself).

Personally I use Fanatical the most.

If the website hosting the transaction does not guarantee your purchase, providing that is a legitimate guarantee, it's not safe.

Last time I got a CD key was from an online gamestop or something like that. Not sure if they are still around or what they offer. Reputable places do exist. Look for the old brick an mortar names and see if they have online sales.

That might be a thing they are trying to get rid of. They don't want you to own anything in the future.

Can there be a question asked after this one?

Metric or Standard?
Decimal or Fraction?
Half vs 2?

Stick with authorized Steam key resellers, such as:

GreenManGaming: https://www.greenmangaming.com/

Humble Bundle: https://www.humblebundle.com/

Fanatical: https://www.fanatical.com/

NOTE: The Steam forums will censored URLs, if they are untrusted, blacklisted or graylisted, such as...

{LINK REMOVED} (this is censored due to being a graylisted website which resells Steam keys from other people and unknown sources, that could be revoked, etc)
Humble Bundle, greenmangaming and Fanatical.

Surprised nobody said it yet.

The rule of thumb is that if it's promoted at isthereanydeal.com, it's safe.

That site lets you search all of the safe sites for the best price.

Fanatical is good. They compete with GreenManGaming for the best discounts. GamersGate is good too and they do still tend to sell DRM free versions from time to time.
