It does parody the subject, although it's more about human nature and how, in the end, we always steer towards conflict, no matter the circumstances.
also, definitely not fallout. it's more about why war happens, not why something causes war.
do people really think fallout is anti capitalist? that kinda misses the point of the whole series.
The first game is quite aged though.
