No. It means you need Medical or Psychiatric Help depending on what is causing your depression.

Dumb people can be depressed as well as smart people. Same goes with rich and poor people.

Depression is rated E for everyone.

Having depression is no way correlated to intelligence. It just means the person has made a lot of bad decisions in life.
