Dying Light for sure

sum1 already said it, but state of decay was the best, i looted the whole map clean
1 or 2
Probably Dying light 1 in survival genre. 2 is just a downgrade.

Don't really like state of decay 2 due to how repititive it is. Just go around destroy the same enemies again and again with little story.

But best game that feature zombies for me is the last of us 1.
I couldn't say. I don't normally play this genre of game. Closest I've gotten is using the Resident Evil 6 benchmarking tool. Since it's free you might be interested in watching the benchmark and included promo videos for yourself if you are looking for games to play. It looks kinda neat.

Despite being a benchmark, it's also from 2014, so it shouldn't be too terribly demanding on more recent computers.

Resident Evil 6 is even more divisive than 5 allegedly was.

Ever since RE4 ditched the 3rd person fixed camera and added the dynamic loot system that ensured there's always ammo available unless you have a REALLY bad aim, some players have been complaining that it was too action-y instead of proper horror where you have to run away half the time.

RE6 cranked the action movie explosions and hijinks up to 11, such that Michael Bay himself would think it's getting silly.

That said, I'm eagerly awaiting the original 1-3 remasters that Gog is working on, and hope the rumored return of Code Veronica is coming. That's the only main game in the series that's not on PC.

RE4 was was great and the chicken easter egg was just funny....if you know you know.....:steamhappy:
Havn't played them all but I give a vote to Dead Rising.
I'm looking forward to playing Project Zomboid.

PJ is best in my opinion
Survivalist : Invisible Strain. It's basically a better version of state of decay, you can build a base wherever you want and every characters have a life of their own and have their own personality.
Maybe not the best, but the best consistently overlooked one.

Unpopular opinion but I really enjoyed Resident Evil 6 even though there are mixed reviews.
Southeastern American Suburbia.
Minecraft
RE games. Hopefully DR when it receives a remaster. PZ is good too but I wouldn't say it's the best. I tend to be picky about zombie games. I've played Dead Island and L4D but they don't sit as high with me. Not interested in 7 Days to Die or Dead By Daylight so I've never tried them. The mod for RDR1 was okay too but I've never played RDR2 so not sure if it has a zombie dlc as well.
