"Valued" and "Respected" are qualitative terms... unless you want to point out some indicators we can use to define whether or not those goals have been reached. :)

That's an important thing when establishing "goals," isn't it? To set a goal is one thing, to achieve it requires you to define what it is and then to be able to identify whether or not you have achieved it.

And, that's a huge, giant, problem these days with many seemingly benign, proactive, progressive, good, happy-face, "activist movements."
