The world needs to understand economics and physics and the value of sharing different ideas without always having to be right and being able to keep subjects open within themselves to keep processing data to evolve each idea.

Humans work well with variety, that is how we are engineered, right now our genetics are being added to and may progress to our offspring.

Elon Musk has shown himself a poor leader who can make money, that is not all that unusual.

If he became a 'world leader' he would need there not to be a democracy because he would not last very long unless he put a lot of money into constant cult of personality campaigning.
