Found an interesting study where of the 150 women all of their attraction for the man was based on how strong, tall, and lean his body looked. Though, it appears we can skip leg day as they only seem to care about upper body strength mostly.

But, obviously we don't just go to the gym for women, we do it for ourselves and our own health too! Very important to remember that. The women that come along are more of a bonus.

Until they realise it's the width they actually want. It's proven to create more pleasure than length which gets diminishing returns past a certain point.

Don't forget about nose hair. Women just melt if they see a man with nose hair down to his feet, it's a true testament to masculinity to be THAT hairy. We all know it's true.

I honestly just do not care about how muscular someone is

If that person is just nice and well... has good hygiene (ofc) then that is just enough
