If you struggle to fall asleep, would you let a Pokémon use the move Spore on you to make you fall asleep?

Unfortunately the sleep effect does not last forever, in game is maximum 3 turns so I guess that could be translated to 3 h in real life, if lucky...

Sometimes it can be 2 turns or even 1, so I guess it can be translated to 1 h or 2... 🤷‍♀️

And well, not a lot of Pokémon learn the move, these days, just Breloom, Amoonguss, and Toedscruel learn the move (and their respective pre-evolutions v:)

i dont use medic or alcohol to sleep, if i dont sleep i play video game or watch anime or just go outside
