Time to shape up! Are you dieting or working out?
Today I weighed myself and topped 20.1 stone!
In other weights 127 kg , 280 lb approximately.
Context : Evander Holyfield was 215 lb (98 kg) and similar height to myself at 6 ft 2 when he fought Tyson.


Usually my chest and shoulders are the biggest feature until recently!

So cutting back on bread, 1 sandwich at most a day if I wrap any food it will be in lettuce or cabbage.
(that does not mean I am only eating one sandwich a day I will be eating properly again)

Takeaways = a no no and that goes for junk processed food too.

Doing some weights again not to just to keep things moving but to put muscles back on.

Target weight 18 stone then to 17.5 stone.

Anybody else dieting?

As long as I don't weigh the same as a duck it should be ok.
Been working out consistently ever since I turned 18. I don't diet, I just naturally eat decently. Diets are a fad, a healthy lifestyle and being a lifetime athlete is the way to go.
Diets never end, workouts never end.Its just a matter of how long do I fail at life until I get back on them and fix this trash heap people call a body.

People say I look fine, but its all a lie. I see the mirror, the horrible weight, holding me down.

People say things they think are nice, but they are candy apples full of razors. Tempting me to slip, to fail, to accept the unacceptable, to fail, eternally.

i try to stay the same weight but i still working out, unfortunately every time i start to eat healthy someone in my family orders take out and i cant resist lol :bluerune::luv:

What? Me? Naah, no idea on how to even to do that... hahaha. :)
Started going to the gym three times a week a few years ago, to get the doctor off my back about my blood pressure. Also to keep my strength up.
Walking 5 kilometers every two days and playing football on Sundays is enough for me. I guess it helps that I find most greasy or sugary food gross in the first place.
I'm on that being too lazy and depressed to prep meals half of the time diet
no dieting at the moment, I have been gaming really hard recently, I cut down the time for food consumption, the anxiety of being out of job isnt helping with appetite.

I dont know my own depth, I dont know what's the moderate anxiety level I should get into, I am chasing something I am afraid to find.

It doesn't end, you do it until you die, just the way you invest in the financial markets until you're dead. Some things you have to maintain forever in your life if you wanna stay at the highest echelons of health and wealth.
