Looking For A MOBILE VOICE CHANGER For VRCHAT

So I consider myself male or female or both or neither... So I don't really care too much about gender.

I only have a smart phone, no computer/laptop.

I would like something that fits the following:

* Needs to be a voice changer that I can adapt a male and female voice. This should be convincing and make me sound better.

* This Voice Changer needs to be able to apply itself to VRChat. A mobile app that records voice or doesn't work on VRChat won't work for me.

* I am willing to spend as much as $100 for something that will allow me to have a voice that I am satisfied with and will help me be able to speak to others confidently.

* Again I am on mobile only but I heard you can use apps or buy devices to connect to a phone but I don't know where to find them or how to connect them to use for like phone calls or VRChat Voice Chat

Dating in VR sounds like the worst idea for humanity

Edit: you're actively using a system to make it more difficult to even meet this person in real life, if you wanted to be their partner....in real life. So idk what this will do to the survivability of the species. It'll probably drop off a cliff then one little disease will wipe out everyone else
