It depends from what " best " means here. Best for work? Best for life quality? Best for beauty? Best for food ? Best for history ?
Not that I can remember, but people outside of Germany, especially Americans, are always too obsessed with it. We have tons of nice castles, with themed medieval festivals and so on.
