I don't care for "spooky" movies, they're dull and boring. Some thrillers I enjoy, just a few.

Horror movies I still like: From Dusk Till Dawn (1996), Jeepers Creepers (2001), The Thing(1982), The Hitcher (1986), I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998), Dog Soldiers (2002), Interview with the Vampire (1994), The whole Hannibal franchise, Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale (2010), Tremors (1990), Friday the 13th (1980), Pet Sematary (1989), They Live (1988), Children of the Corn (1984), The Shining (1980), Doctor Sleep (2019).

Lots of them. I just happened to watch last night before bed Speak No Evil. Well the movie is hardly a horror movie but rather a psychological thriller. Plus I learned Tesla window shields are shotgun bullet proof apparently

but freddy krueger to me is the creepiest movie character ever. his backstory of how he got burnt, and what he was like when he was a kid is really creepy
