Favourite Red Dwarf Episode?

What is your favourite Red Dwarf Episode?
Is it even possible to have a favourite?

I began a new journey watching them yet again starting with ARNY!

"Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back before breakfast!"

Obviously based on me and not Rimmer.
That is a good episode and so is Queeg!

So many great episodes, you got any that really stand out?

Back to Reality might be my favourite but I think anything from series 4 to 6 is up there.

Better Than Life and Time Slides but really all of series 1 and 2 and most of 3 and 4. Thanks For The Memory used to be one of my least favourite episodes because of the downbeat tone but I found a new appreciation for it and it has some very funny moments like when they're discussing if aliens completed Lister's jigsaw.

For me its more favourite moments or scenes. Rimmer World with the 'useless' frogs. Ace rimmer 'what a guy'. Cat ofc 'So what is it?', Kryten's attempts at lying, Better than life..Rimmer asking who painted a picture because its hideous only to be told its a mirror, and either version of Holly in pretty much any scene, so many.
Great show.

Great show.

It's one of very few shows that I still laugh out loud even though I've seen them a hundred times. It's like a comfort blanket and it's the surreal silliness that I think is the biggest appeal like Elis Presley in Meltdown. Haven't eaten in fiiiiive minutes!

I've not seen it past series 6 or 7 I'm not sure and have no interest in watching it. I've tried a few times when it's on TV but have to admit it's not a patch on the earlier series. Seems like it's flogging a cash cow but that's everywhere on television now.

Edit: Using the word flogging instead of milking was a genuine mistake but I'm going to leave it because I like it. I'm going to use it more in everyday conversation.
