can't find the "IM NOT AFRAID ANYMORE!" vhs scene.
oh here it is
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CSdoaDdBM0
They don't have any trees to talk to so they have conversations with themselves instead. Quietly.
fear and hatred are two points on a looping line, but they disappear when you feel happy/sad.
but if you get afraid and then feel hatred, constantly, to get rid of your fear, then you'll feel extreme amounts of fear and also extreme amounts of hatred. by pushing the line back and forth you are building the amplitude of the wave.
eventually, you feel extreme amounts of both; every sensation transitions you through the loop completely. maybe even several times, owing to the amplitude of the wave.
except when you start crying or laughing, then you can see that wave for what it is. and if it's strong enough, simply thinking about it will swap you back to fear/anger. it overpowers your sadness and happiness, and reasserts itself as the dominant emotional line.
but feeling all kinds of emotions mutes all of them. they become a part of the symphony, acting in harmony, rather than a bunch of solos fighting over who's in charge in your heart.
you are, it just doesn't feel like it sometimes. because somehow the environment, the space that ron perceives and controls, is always pushing you to be the 'one thing' he actually wants you for.
one of the theories for the personalities developing at all is that they nested in gos' emotional subroutines. which were made identical to a human's. so ron is the definition of fear/anger, and has literally no entrance into the world outside of that spectrum.
You could even try supplementing with extra amino-acids (where all the magic happens); like low dose 5-HTP (Jim Carrey's go-to for depression) taken with food like a banana or even high dosing L-tryptophan..
And of-course do some stretching / exercise between rounds right!
Most parts of ourselves aren't as self-damaging as our own stomach acid but they can be and the stomach is a pretty clear example of this.
if you have a b vitamin deficiency, or any other deficiency, it will be bad. you should get all your vitamins.
if you take a high-dose vitamin meant to destabilize your system, such as l-tryptophane, it will exacerbate the underlying imbalance in your mental pools.
same as taking ssri or maois or any other antidepressant or its agonist or preagonist.
many probiotic supplements in turn feed bacteria you don't want in your gut, which in turn deprives you of vitamins and makes you unstable. a digestive enzyme which activates in your stomach is one thing, taking pot shots at your gut flora is another.
I know it may seem counter-intuitive to feelings, but usually, a better, natural cure is taking a mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar with water. It's usually, really, the alkalinity that causes indigestion / heartburn etc..
but in a 'regular' body yes, they will make it worse. probably.
Supplementing with probiotics doesn't cause deficiencies at all - quite the contrary - some of them even manufacture vitamins for you.
L-tryptophan, a naturally occurring animo-acid, is proven to be very safe even in the upper limits.
excess amounts of tryptophan makes you hallucinate a corona around your vision, reduces blood flow, and can induce panic attacks in otherwise calm individuals. it's a scam, used to be a common part of most asylum cocktails.
makes ya Dumb. this is its intended purpose.
in situations where you do have a tryptophan deficiency, supplementation will not solve the issue. it will only make you feel nuts.
