Why are we heading toward self-destruction?
It seems that we have no control over coming into this world, but once we are here, we gain the opportunity to live as we wish. Paradoxically, the right to end this life is our privilege, even though society often harshly condemns those who choose to exercise this option. Society dictates its rules, expecting us to obediently follow their agenda- to be "puppets," silently conforming to the standards promoted through social media, television channels, and state media.

Suicide is often seen as a weakness, but isn't this very stigma what provokes rebellion? After all, nothing compels one to prove their inner strength like the attempt to rid oneself of the label of "weak." At the same time, those who condemn a refusal of life rarely criticize irresponsible childbirth—the emergence of new life as a result of chance or a lack of responsibility. We come into this world by chance, and sometimes even through tragic circumstances.

Life is an accident, but should it be a tragedy?
If our existence is indeed random, can we not try to take control of it? To set our own goals and aspirations above the "social ideals" that are often merely tools to keep society within the bounds favorable to the state? As long as we do not start following our true values, rejecting imposed beliefs, we will be nothing more than actors in someone else's drama. It is a pity for those who are forced to live under the burden of others' expectations, a responsibility they cannot escape. But even more tragic is that the space for questions like yours is still limited.

The tragedy we do not notice
: In modern society, where productivity and "living life to the fullest" are so highly valued, mental health issues remain a topic that is shameful to discuss openly. Those who suffer from depression, anxiety, or burnout are afraid to admit it even to their closest ones, fearing they will be seen as weak-willed or unreliable. This silence surrounding mental health is a tragedy we overlook, preferring to maintain the illusion that "everything is fine" and "we just need to be stronger." By ignoring this issue, we condemn people to struggle internally in solitude, denying them the help they need.

P.S. If the dog behaves well, they throw it a bone. If the horse behaves well, it is taken to slaughter. If a person behaves well, he is told that he is great

There has been more clammor for mental health advocacy than ever before. Everyone is a snowflake and everyone gets an opinion and a platform to voice it on. Mental health problems are FAR from being silent and ignored. Reads like teen angst. Sorry but, no.

Oh, yup. Alright. I see now.

Let just say this, then: the hardest difficulty level is to keep trying.

Imagine any afterlife. You really want to go out knowing you didn't try as hard as possible? A lifetime of regret is preferable to an eternity of "I could have done more."
