Poor people or peoples have kids due to economic and survival issues. This still occurs, if you have more children then more money can be made when they become old enough to work. To expand on survival issues, this correlates to the generational tree and livability of family history. Otherwise a family can go extinct if their blood line ends.

In developed countries, you get tons of money from the government.

In impoverished countries, you don't get anything. The reason why there's so much hunger and starvation in the world is because people tend to have a lot of kids in poor countries in poor living conditions. Also no ♥♥♥ education.
