What have you learned about games that you would tell your younger self?

i wouldn't. I had to learn where i was going and what i wanted to play through my life that suited my interests. Having it taught to me as a kid what i wanted and didn't from myself was never going to work out.

There is one defining trait about myself that hasn't changed since i was a kid, i need to learn from first hand experience to really understand. i can't learn anything from 3rd hand and i have never been able to.
