I thought hard, but its salted confectionery, every time. Every candy is good until it tries obnoxiously to be anything other than candy, and that normally involves salt. Keep it sweet, ffs.

that's what those satin mix bits that just taste like "old" are... it's clove flavour.

i cant remember what it was exactly but i have tasted a couple of candies that, to me, tasted like how paraffin candles smell when you put them out.
they were obviously not labeled as such, but to me thats how they tasted.

i dont remember what it was because i didnt bother with them after the initial taste.
