2.) Skull & Bones. "Quadruple A" title that bankrupted the company
3.) Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Killed Rocksteady's reputation
The first descendent is good. Just lacks replayability because end-game has no variety. Those who stuck with it after release maxxed their characters and pretty much finished the game.
Top game is undoubtedly Black Myth: Wukong
My personal top game of 2024:

Came out 2 years ago, but released multiple content updates that basically turned it into a newer better product.
Followed by Zenless Zone Zero.

Ubisoft does deserve criticisms. BUT, honestly, Ubisoft-hate can't make up for the fact that Concord limped into release and then unalived itself because it was over-hyped and largely unacceptable to its target audience. It was a non-product product and was pulled, no matter its production value or money spent.
There's enough players for some of the Ubisoft games you mentioned to qualify them as actual working, enjoyed (assumed) games.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is probably the biggest, active, failure.

Definitely ungood numbers.
only rivaled by the day before
No other game is ever going to match that unmitigated disaster of a performance. in fact i don't think there is a game out the last few decades that i know if that has performed so atrociously within the first few weeks of launch than Concord.
Also Indiana Jones and the great circle is already a major disaster for Bethesda with bad numbers of players on release day.
