Still have my heavy bottom stainless steel pans and my cast irons. microwave has not been touched in three years. Pressure cooker gets some use.
Usually my meals are pan fried.
Steam oven might be third place.
A steam oven..
Spraying some water or tossing some ice cubes into a regular oven works just fine. Steam ovens are for professional industrial bakeries.
