Best brain games?
Looking for games that improve memory, vocabulary, English grammar, math, history, science, etc. I wanna know more things in a fun way that I interact enough with it to retain it. Not just specific fun facts or solving puzzles, but understand and memorize the entirety of the periodic table, ancient civilizations, or calculus, for examplezz.

I'm on my quest to be less dumb. Help, I need it. I'm really stupid and head empty. Games are one of the best ways to learn with my ADHD.

Thanks in advance! You're the coolest! I love you! You're perfect! May you receive only blessings!

Rule of thumb, RTS or 4X games mostly got you covered due APM (Actions Per Minute) and decision making you gotta do.

(Dunno about humankind, haven't played it but i've heard is good).

Rule of thumb, some TBS can also be very good albeit RNG can be a bit of special to say the least lol, still very fun.

Also this classic puzzle game.

The Super Solvers series are GOAT edutainment titles.

Also, Tetris, Puyo Puyo and Columns are best for general neuroplasticity.

shenzhen has a 300 page design reference manual you'll need to print out and read, although I guess you can look at it in a separate window or something.

opus magnum is a lighter version of space chem that focuses on designing industrial machines, like you'd see in a factory. except it's all grabber-arms and waldos.

space chem has the periodic table. you'll probably need to refine and disassemble intermediate chemicals to be successful; I'm still working up to it. aligning pipes and reactors correctly is tough, and I didn't think about intermediate staging reactors until I played opus magnum.

sokobond is pretty straightforwards.

I think this is the most popular genre of games that stimulate logical thinking, memory and attention to detail, the so-called "escape from the room". Probably some detective games with murder investigation and catching criminals will also fit in here.

ADHD does not mean that you are dumb, OP.
It simply means that you have a debilitating condition that makes it challenging for you to focus and concentrate.

This is partly influenced by over-stimulation of the senses, which is why medications work in opposites for people with ADHD. I,e, stimulants mellow you out, and depressants or downers wake you up and stimulate you. Coffee makes you tired, but a few alcoholic drinks makes you fly around the room super fast.

I do not have ADHD.
I have the opposite of it entirely.

But I do still have a learning disability in accordance, and several of my friends have ADHD.
Coincidentally, those same said friends were all Psychology majors in our college years.

The TL;DR being:

What you need is called a Mnemonic Device.

Mnemonic Devices are different ways that have helped people remember and retain information more clearer. An example being sing-songs and nursery rhymes for kids.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mnemonic

And also, a Dopamine Detox, though definitely challenging, would probably also help.

Unplug for a bit. Plan a camping trip on a Spring or Summer vacation. If you don't really know anything about camping, it's pretty safe in camp grounds, and a little bit of research will go long way. ^_^

Also, check out The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fv<k, by Mark Manson.
It's a short read, even the audiobook can be blown through in a single day, but it's an excellent book and gets straight to specific points about modern everyday challenges for normal people and why we are the way that we are as people.
