When running youtube a camera icon appears middle of the screen

The camera icon appears when running youtube on PC not phone
How do I disbale it

There's a small button in the upper right corner of the window. Usually grouped up next to two other icons. You want the one on the furthest right. Click it, and it makes the camera icon go away.
