Seinen anime recommendations

Any good anime shows that do not have a focus on teenagers? I’m looking for shows like Monster and Berserk.

they are all my favorite, maybe starting with parasyte is good cuz the rest are kinda long
and also parasyte the main character is kinda a teenager in the beginning but he'll turn into a worthy MAN later so dw LOL

Most of the seinen I've watched recently do have young protagonists, Bungou Stray Dogs and Dead Mount Death Play for examples, but maybe try Vinland Saga or Gantz if you haven't already.
