Free programs (without watermark) for gif/image editing?
I tried out canva, but it reduces the quality of the gif. I'd like to stack them vertically but when I upload them, it reduces the size for some reason

Try GIMP. It's pretty powerful, established, and widely used.

What about MS paint? It comes with every windows PC, so kinda free...
