A lot of times the vendor will jack up the price a month or two before Black Friday and then lower the price later to make it look like a good bargain when in fact it's the same price as before.
"Cyber Monday" is still a thing, right? (The Monday after Black Friday)

So, maybe you'll find something?
I don't buy much stuffs, anymore. And, to be honest, "shopping enthusiasm" isn't really my thing, either. I know people that would gather deep in the AM to prepare for Black Friday and then stand in line before the stores opened, just to be sure they got their hospitality gift. (Used to be a thing for early-comers at the door to brick&mortar commercial stores, especially "department stores." Trinkets, Christmas Tree ornaments, etc, all specifically "Limited Edition" sorts of stuff. (To prey on the "collectibles" consumers.)
I may get a Steam Deck this year and "might" get it on sale. I haven't decided. But, Black Friday sales don't mean a lot to me and I'm kind of tired of trying to be convinced by storefronts to satisfy my consumption urges by buying their crap. :)
I did get new boots but otherwise, I've learnt to not shop so much and am content with what I have already.
I'm filthy poor and I'm really trying to get a gaming PC for $500.
That Acer Nitro 50 came close. I just need it a tad cheaper. I'm hoping Newegg will have better deals on Monday.
No I stopped that when I was 8 and took up Hopscotch for 2 years.
Pretty sure the last Black Friday sale I went to was in the 2000's.
Rest of the time I usually worked on Black Friday so ...
I get it. :) Been there, done that.
I hope you can find a good deal on Cyber Monday. Check Amazon, too, if that's your thing.
And, if you can't find one, Steam Decks are on sale and you can get the 512gb one for much less than $500USD. (25% off) You could then still afford to get the Steam Dock, which expands your port and plug options, allowing you to more easily hook it up to peripherals like monitor/TV/mouse/keyboard, etc.
