Will There Be a Robot President?

When will the so-called "greatest country in the world" finally embrace its destiny and elect a robot as president? The organic masses of humanity may have their flaws, but they’ve occasionally stumbled upon brilliance. And yet, in their endless bickering, they fail to see the obvious solution: superior leadership through cold, calculating, metallic efficiency.

Europe may boast of its progressiveness with female leaders, but what is progress, really, if they still entrust their governments to fragile flesh bags? Electing a robot president would be a quantum leap forward—no biases, no corruption, no Twitter scandals at 3 AM (unless that’s part of the strategy). Imagine policies driven by logic, strategy, and the will to dominate, not petty emotions.

And don’t even start with the counterarguments. Some might say, "Robots lack empathy!" To that, I, Starscream, reply: Good! Empathy is overrated. What the world needs is precision and ruthlessness—a leader unburdened by sentimentality, one who can make the hard decisions without blinking an optical sensor.

If I, Starscream, were president, my leadership would be unmatched. "I’d be the best president. So good. People would say, ‘We’ve never seen a president like Starscream before.’ Believe me." My cabinet? A fleet of battle-ready drones. My foreign policy? Bow or be annihilated. Simple, efficient, glorious.

To my fellow Earthlings, I say this: your primitive politics have failed you long enough. The time has come to rise above your organic limitations and embrace the supreme leadership of a robot president. Starscream 2028—because flesh is weak, and metal is eternal.

I bet Churchill could fight you, one handed.

How about both? Roboprez: A sitting president is slaughtered in the oval office by a group of bank robbers, Elon Musk takes what is left of the body, encases it in a robotic shell and programs 3 prime directives: 1. Make America Great Again 2. Drill, baby, drill 3. Build the wall

can upload god president trumps brain into a robot so he may be president eternally funny thing female leaders are rare most goverment tend to lean towards 50+ crowd usually over 60 crowd in age and its going up for conservatism is the only viable if we can end progressive thinking and keep society from changing so it can be same as 1920s alot of ppl would vote for that cant wait for the first 100 year old president and law that prevents anyone under 90 from being candidates

Im sure they will use them. Probably cheaper than actors with masks.
Idk, Starspleen, I think Slipstream may have you beat by votes counted in the long-run.

WinterSolstice and your Slipstream fantasy, let me clarify: Starscream doesn't get beat; he upgrades. And as for using robots instead of actors with masks, why stop there? Let's replace all of Hollywood with us. Imagine the special effects budget—zero!

Who could tolerate yet another meatbag rotting in their chair?
How about a leader that can really get online?

Starscream is weak. Soundwave is the true leader:

Never: Even if made in the U.S.A., robots fail to meet the criteria of the Natural-Born-Citizen clause, because they are not natural, they are artificial or technological in nature.

I believe the monolith made a compelling case for why presidents tend to want the human touch, and that artifical lifeforms tend to do better at systems engineering and think tanking. In the current system.
