So "archaeologists" refuse Robert Temple's theory the Sphinx was originally a monumental Anubis, the Egyptian jackal god, and that its face is that of a Middle Kingdom Pharaoh, Amenemhet II, which was a later re-carving.

I'm no sculptor, but Do these "archaeologists" understand statues or basic anatomy at all? Why the Pharaoh's head is so tiny compared to the massive body, or why the front legs are so mangled? If they can't (or won't) get this obvious detail about our past right, how can they be trusted to be authoritative or credible about anything else?

You'll pardon me if I trust the word of an expert, somebody who studies this stuff for a living and subjects themselves to review by their peers, over the word of a random schmuck on the steam forums, namely you.

Hard enough to make it very difficult but not impossible to cut with primitive tools and methods, like dolerite pounding, water fracturing, and quartz sand abrasion. Along with the sawing and drilling.

it raises questions in to why the people of Egypt worshiped Cat like Creatures

I have to agree that the erosion of the sphinx suggests that its well older then the facial features.

also remember it was buried in sand for a pretty long time, if you date back some of the Greek Mythology surrounding stories such as Harpies , Minotaur's , and Centaurs you will start to piece together that humanity at one time worshiped animal/human hybrid creatures, the sphinx is another precursor to that time.


original theories suggest the sphinx was created in the Precession of Leo sometime around the Transtion into Cancer, as history might uncover.

more in depth regarding the age of the golden bull, which if you read the bible you might have some insight into the time of men who where without gods, considering the mass of heathen ideology in which if you follow the biblical time line.

you will notice that the age of cancer represents humanity coming out of the water, Noah's Ark for example depicts this same time of man surviving on the waters emerging back onto land.

in a metaphoric sense we have to remember that these stories has some grain of salt with past history, regardless if we want to acknowledge them folk tales or living legends.

if you are a biblical person you might believe that the orginal pyramids where created in conjunction with the sphinx. if you look deeper into the name of "Pyramids" we break it down into Py RAM ID or pre ram identity meaining that they where already there before the time of moses, and simply being encased and restored or built upon.

for Humanity to create the pyramids suggests a age of knowledge that was lost, which could explain the stories of the great flood, as we are all well aware that Egypt Flooded at one point and the sphinx was there at the time. its also likely the pyramids where also existing before the flood.
