Why is it you don't see any of the actors from the walking dead in movies on the big screen?Norman Reedus, Andrew Lincoln and Melissa McBride did awesome acting, even Lennie James (Morgan) was awesome on the show, on the show and the only character I've seen move on to make movies on the big screen is Jeffrey Dean Morgan[ Negen)

Is Hollywood overlooking good actors and actresses?

Are the royalties from the show lucrative?

It's not always the case, but hollywood is often snobby towards TV actors.

Danai Gurira is apart of Marvel in the Black Panthar movies and was in Avengers and Steven Yeun was in the Jordan Peele movie Nope

Norman Reedus was in Death Stranding. Lauren Cohan (Maggie) was in some movies too. Rick Grimes is getting his own spin-off movie also.

It was a short series and it's been done since March.

not anymore, the movies were cancelled and made into a series instead which finished Rick's story this year (The Ones Who Live)

The smart ones quit hollywood while they are ahead.

Besides Norman Reedus, all of them have been in a lot of movies.

They are probably tapped for their projects on the Walking Dead. Many are still doing the show.

They are making other Walking Dead shows...

Whether or not they got the chance for "royalties" is something else, though. A lot of them are now "names" in that series, so if any more spin-offs happen, the "survivors" likely just have a continuing role opportunity with a guaranteed paycheck and hospitality cart... :)

Reedus was in a number of movies in the late 90s/early 2000s.
