I've mentioned before that I've eaten gluten free and lactose free vegan pizza. It's one of those things parties order in case someone fits this criteria.

i can understand.. like at that point eating bugs or the cardbox box it was delivered in sounds like less torture

Most of those ingredients don't fall under the pizza topping category in the first place. When people ask about the worst pizza toppings, they are only considering things you could realistically find on the menu of the likes of Round Table, Domino's, Little Ceasar's, Pizza Hut or Papa John's.

You're not going to find cold mayonnaise on the menu. Anchovies and pineapple, sure (although anchovies have been dropped from those menus most recently due to the rep.), but not cold mayonnaise.

Besides, are you really going to say that pizza would be any better if it had pineapple on it?

They just don't want to be responsible for tracking their mayonnaise in the fridge and throwing it out every 6-12 months.

Pizza's a slop-based business. The less slop you have to pay attention to and throw out the better. Only reason this pineapple hate exists; they can't use a full can per-pizza and they wind up with leftover cans they need to figure out how to store.

pizza with pinapple is one of my favorites.

and coldcsauces on top aftrer baking is the latest thing puzzaria started doing here (which after vegan cheese, vegan chicken and turkey bacon is the latest f up that tastes horrible and make you wonder how does it sell..

as for traditional ingredients
i really really hate anshovis on pizza for example..

my all time favote pizza is marinara.. also called venezia..
tomato sauce, seafruits (musssles, schrimp, squid, other shellfish) not know all the sorts in it but its a normal mix here..

but often this pizza is messed up.. hard to find like they toss a can of tuna on it not fresh seafruits.. very rarely saw this pizza done correct..
pizza with tuna is disgusting so often i orderd this and had to return it.. and curse the cook rarely done correct but if done correct absolutely divine...

my second favorite is bechamelsauce, spinach, mozerella dried tomato and almonds

pizza hawai.. yes with pinapole would be my third favorite pizza ever

so do with that what you want:)
