Often times they have to work Crunch.
Crunch is pretty inhumane.
If so, I'd suggest you don't pour absolutely everything you have into it quite yet. Don't get me wrong, having s bug project you're passionate on is a great way to keep your drive for developing, but if you're inexperienced it's better to make mistakes on smaller, less important projects and learn from those instead of on your big project (refactoring is a ♥♥♥♥♥, especially if it's big)
