While the ESRB is just a shill for game publishers, at least they give an accurate rating, here.
It does have strongly sexualized female characters and lots of violence. It's up to your parents whether or not they believe it is suitable for you.
There are plenty of other "battle" sorts of games out there to choose from that don't have all of that in them. (Though, quite a few would likely have a bit of violence in them) You can look through these and see if there are any you might like, then check their ESRB rating in the link above. Good luck!
