Just played a game called Europa Universalis and they had this group called the Ottoman Empire.... really? Your big claim to fame is sitting around on couches? I'm sure they were nice couches, but still. Is that really all the Ottoman Empire was known for? Making really nice furniture?

A fine game I have forgotten how to play and am too lazy to learn again.

I did have a lot of fun conquering North Africa as Spain. The Iberian Wedding was a must iirc. Later plays saw me in S. America but I didnt play through the full history.
