No, the role of Ulfric suits Trump perfectly.
Like, in Skyrim, you find out the King was open to working with Ulfric, but was murdered by Ulfric before they could have a chance to talk.
And Ulfric makes himself seem like the good guy when he's really not the good guy he makes himself out to be.

Trump is the dragonborn.

That line refers to Ulfric, not the Dragonborn. The High King of Skyrim is dead at the start of the game because Ulfric killed him.
