Or people who suffer an accident and lose an arm or a leg?

Since you claim that the person = the body, since their body is LESS than a person who has arms and legs, they should FEEL inside they are LESS.
But they don't. Actually, many of those who suffer accidents actually report feeling their lost limb, and it's called GHOST LIMB.

If I see you driving a car today, let's say an Audi and tomorrow I see you driving another car, let's say a Ford, are you the same person, or do you change somehow when you get into a different car?

That's a fallacy of composition. Your brain is dependant on the body, without the body, without your biochemistry, without your parents, without your ancestry, it cannot exist.

You are an unbroken chain of life and evolution. You cannot copy and paste your brain into another time period. Your parents and their parents need to exist in the order you know to be true, otherwise you and your children could not be.
