Hello, I don’t live in the USA, but I’m from Russia. When Trump becomes president, will he fire all gay, lesbian, and other people from their positions? This really worries me, and I hope he will do this.

You know exactly the response you will get from a lot of people on this threads. The dehumanization of the "other" in the political warfare it´s ancient and on societies where racial differences are shifting and mixxing, it only makes sense that that dehumanization happens to more hidden aspects of people´s life.

And yes, the reality is that a lot of people that use words like "woke" or "DEI" unaironically do in fact belive that the only way a poc, a woman or an inmigrant can access anything in this world is because it was given to them for free for being "minorities".

I´ve been bruned out after years of steam forums use, and I generally try to avoid being serious about anything when politics are involved, cause honestly, you are only gonna get angry over completely wacko takes on topics lots of folks have no real oppinion or take but rather just hatred. Trust me, some people do have horrendous thoughs deep withing, and lots of them don´t feel any remorse to express them through the security of an internet user name. So, don´t ask if you don´t want them to response.

If he removes people who don't deserve the positions they have because they were DEI hires well so be it.

Trump has no ability to fire anyone in private company jobs, so I wouldn't worry about it. All the folks from the Biden cabinet will be canned, which is normal, whether they are LGBT or not.
