I'm right aren't I? We ALMOST became the 3rd Roman Empire in its last days.
They get what they deserve, and are melting down because of it. We didn't have to be their political enemies, we didn't have to vote against them, but our entertainment media isn't interesting or captivating anymore because of their vandalism, so we were forced to pay attention and figure who's responsible, so we're punishing them by voting against everything they believe.
They didn't have to make us their enemies, they could have left us alone, but they decided to impose themselves on our games and other entertainment media, this backlash is their own doing.
100% with you. They started this. If they didn't want to make enemies then they should left our hobbies alone instead of destroying them. Yes, this is absolutely their own fault. They did this to themselves.
So, sorry to disappoint, but it's NOT going away just because Trump is now in power. Lest you forget, international corporations are NOT loyal to ANY flag or ANY country! They act of their own accord, independent of any of the politics in any particular nation. Sorry, but America and its politics is NOT the center of their universe. YOU are not the center of their universe.
Revenge in itself is just desserts.
This is to punish the people responsible for destroying our hobbies. They're obsessed with politics, all they care about is policy and who's in positions of power in the government, so they berate us in our entertainment.
No one believes Trump is going to stop games from being woke, this is about punishing the people who destroyed our games, they hate Trump so this is a fitting punishment.
I will vote to attack everything these people believe and value, this is punishment for what they've done to my hobbies.
Doesn’t matter now doh, it’s over, frankly it might have been over even if Trump had lost.
Le rich sociopaths control everything, and we will all suffer to serve their arrogance.
I mean, if you mean OT, then I'm sure you understand you can just avoid it, right? But if you're talking about any specific individuals or groups of people, then I'm not sure you understand that no one cares about games THAT much. Not least of all "representation".
Hell, I've seen more troll/bait threads asking for LGBTQ representation or whatever than any actual serious ones. I would argue that "content creators" and kids with parents' money are what ruined games, because it's THEIR opinion that companies cater to the most, which is why every hero shooter is like Fortnite and new games focus more on being convenient for YouTubers than actual gamers.
Localization rewriting entire characters and even stories just like they did back in the 1990s, and censoring content that's intended for mature audiences.
Our rating system has no function anymore, M rating games are getting toned down so much that E rated games from the 2010s have more bite now.

Except that most of the time, they're overblown and the games usually suck just because the companies don't know wanna take risks or make anything new, so they just stick to tired old trends in hopes of fruitlessly getting the same people hooked on the same formula. I've been around long enough to see it slowly become a trainwreck since the days of "Oblivion's Horse Armor" DLC.
When companies realized they could make MORE money by presenting "Games As A Service", then the focus became on what popular trends and traits they could insert into their characters and gameplay that EVERYONE ELSE uses so they can ride the wave. First, it was zombies, but then it was battle royale. These days? I'm not even sure anymore. Seems like "hero shooter" is the new trend, but Concord showed how much THAT ship has sunk.
