This thread is filled with necromancers

It's an "S" curve that cuts the lowest end and reduces a lot of the high end.
(Whereas yours is more of a "V" shape, to enhance the lowest and highest frequences (the 'Bass' and the 'Cymbals', so to speak))
Enhancements:
Stereo Enhancement = ON
Bass Boost = 19
Sound Normalization = 96 (if you have trouble with noises getting loud and scaring you use this lol - it also makes background sound effects/ambience sound awesome in games, etc - which is why I use it (I have no trouble being 'scared' by the change in noises/booms))
With good headphones though (large, around-the-ear type), the Bass Boost 'spreads out' the Bass, so the -2 at 125Hz is compensated.
I also found that large headphones produced so much Bass, that I preferred it 'lightened', a bit - hence the -2.
I find most people have listened to loud music since they were younger, so they need the high end frequencies or everything sounds 'muffled' (I never listened to music too loudly and my ears are really sensitive now, I can hear the mailman approaching lol).
Anyway, if you are having issues with sounds being too 'harsh' this spreads everything out nicely and softens voices (2-4kHz range is the human voice).
Reverse the high end if you don't have a problem with treble hurting your ears :P
Edit: To Add
With some different (cheaper) headphones, since my nice larger ones are getting 'finicky' (the cable has to be played with in order to get both working), I am trying this Equalization Curve now:

Enhancements:
Stereo Enhancement = ON
Sound Normalization = Optional (I leave it on for Games, off for Music/Movies)
This 'interrupted curve' enhances both the low end (Bass, drums and booms) and the high end (Cymbals and stringed instruments), with a dip in the mid-range to cut out the sounds that would 'drown out' others. Listening to some Classical music or Movie Soundtracks is great with this setup (imo, with these $25 headphones, as opposed to my earlier $80 headphones that were a gift, are dying).
With speakers, the Bass might need to be reduced a bit (the lowest end) so as not to drown out the mid as much, but with headsets this should sound good. Hopefully it does to you all.
Sound Normalization by the way, is great for hearing background ambient sound effects in games (wind, birds, trees swaying, etc), but it will reduce movie dynamics (loud booms will be not much louder than the rest of the audio, so will not 'surprise you' as much). If you like that sort of thing in movies/games, DO NOT USE Normalization (that's what it does, for those that aren't familiar).
Thanks for sharing your settings and bringing this up - don't forget to "Calibrate", everyone!
Be careful with ear-bud style headphones, because it is easy to have the Bass 'muffle out' the midrange, or 'override' it (washing out the sound), if the Bass is enhanced too highly. Some earbuds may have multiple drivers in them (multiple speakers) and this effect would happen less with these types of sets.
Overall, if you can't find any presets for your headphones, try to enhance the lower frequencies, cut the mid frequencies down (and if you feel it is needed, enhance the high end frequencies - sometimes that is not needed in earbud headphones, but of course do as you desire).
[Oh - and if the style of them allows, pushing them in farther isolates the air from moving more - and creates a heavier/solid bass response.]
HTH, GL with it!
I hope Senpai doesn't mind my popping in to try help others out in her Thread;
as I'm happy if I could help even just a little bit
I am using the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 headset and I was playing around with settings and I think I find some pretty nice settings for listening to music.
Bass Boost: 0
Voice Clarity: 0
Sound Normalization: 30
EQ:
125Hz / -2
250Hz / 3
500Hz / -2
1kHz / 0
2kHz / -1
4kHz / 6
8kHz / 4
16kHz / 4
Please do tell me if you like these settings or have any improvements I could make!
After about 3 years of trying I made what i call "The perfect EQ settings" for metal or other type of gender. Its have a perfect 7.1 sound effects and also its kinda cool for every type of game. Im not using headsets so if u are getting trouble, let me know!. Dont forget to share in the comments the setup that u are using, maybe i can help you with the configuration too. Feel free to share this settings :
(I use Orca, u can use it even if u have below headset but be sure to set it to Orca)
Stereo : Always On ( Its Add some space between sounds and worked perfectly for 7.1)
Bass Boost : 57 (I love this into Movie effects)
Sound normalization: Off (Its just break the Stereo and Bass boost configuration)
Voice Clarity: 50/-57
EQ:
125Hz : 6 (Its Works perfectly with the Bass boost)
250Hz: 4
500Hz: 2 (u can use -2 too find the one that sounds better for you)
1kHz: 2
2kHz: 3
4kHz: 5
8kHz: 7
16kHz: 7 (Makes the quality clear, u can also use 6)
I hope you (Edited 06/05/18)
Thanks a lot for your settings!
I've tried all the suggestions posted here in the thread and your configuration is the best one for me.
It sounds outstanding with different genres and sources (Techno, House, Pop, classical, chiptunes, world... wow). Great for music, movies and games a like!! You made my day! You spent 3 years, I spent 1 day haha. Really thanks a lot!!
I don't have Razor headphones, but with mine (Damson HeadSpace) the settings work awesome!!
I've just increased Bass Boost to 15 and Voice Volume Level to 25 and hapinees came HAHA!
I really should study the theory behind an equalizer as I hardly understand what I'm doing!! HAHA I just copied all the settings. The Razer Enhancements are self explanatory but I don'tunderstand an equalizer enough, in general... Awful! HAHA. Thanks again.
