Good Fighting Games Like Mortal Kombat?

So I picked up Injustice: Gods Among Us a while ago on Xbox 360. It's fun, but I crave more and the amount of violence in MK games these days is a bit much for my tastes. Do you know of any good fighting games similar to Injustice/Mortal Kombat that's available on PC or Xbox 360? I prefer it not have gore or gratuitous blood (I'm fine with some blood) and minimal sexuality.

I know about Street Fighter and Tekken, but the anime visuals and goofy looking characters make me unwilling to play. I know about MK Vs. DCU aswell.

I played some Tekken , they have some good moves and no blood what so ever , but I am not sure on what platforms its available .

lmao MK Vs. DCU is terrible.
Also im pretty sure all that is rest is japanese fighting games, so you don't have much of a choice.
