They think that NASA is lying to us so that they can keep getting funding from the government. So to them space photos are fake.

My brother went to school for astro physics. When I told him about this society and told him about their 'science' behind it he completely destroyed it.

yes, i heard the theory that NASA is a government plot to keep us in the dark about a flat earth, but the question is, why would that be such a big secret? it was common knowledge in the past, why would it be such a big top secret now?

Each response they have for every retort, every piece of scientific evidence you present to them, just gets worse and worse. Somehow everything they say after a certain point is even MORE speculative than the last thing they said, and I have no idea how that is even possible.

Honestly, people who still believe in Flat Earth should be classified as having a dangerous form of mental deficiency, and should be euthanized.

not all of them are mentally insane, they just need to be taught basic scientific knowledge

Flat Earth Society is a group of people also known as Flat Earthers. They still believe the theory that the Earth is flat, and not spherical. You might have read a little bit about it in a science class or history class, and it's a very outdated scientific theory.

These nutjobs are basically just tinfoil hat conspiracy theorists though, as they often interpret the theory with a modern twist - the truth that the Earth is flat has been hidden from us by modern science, NASA, and the government among other crackpot theories as to why normal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ people don't believe this ♥♥♥♥. I've heard of several explanations for at as well, like some sort of ice dome or something surrounding Earth? I don't really know, but these people belong in the loony bin.

yes, they believe that earth is surrounded by an ice wall that keeps us from falling out and dying a painful death
