Star Wars: Rebels

I know this has nothing to do with games but I need to get this off my chest. I was so invested into The Clone Wars the series and when it ended (the way it ended) was amazing but saddening at the same time. When I heard about the Rebels series coming out I was excited, but soon found out it's just more Star Wars garbage that Disney put out. From the carttonish look of the show, to how poorly animated it looks compared to The Clone Wars. I just really want another series like Clone Wars or to just have the same people direct, animate and produce rebels. Your thoughts?

I don't see the difference in animation or art style. Both are done by Lucasfilm Animation, and Dave Filoni is [pretty much] in charge of both.

I think you may just be subconsiously mad that Lucas sold the franchise to Disney, and that's causing you to imagine flaws that don't exist. I recall there being a bit of an uproar when the news of the sale first came out, with fan-boys/girls crying that "Disney will ruin it", before the sale was even final.

The only [minor] difference I can think of is that Rebels is a bit less serious than Clone Wars was.

I can promise you, i fyou look up Clone Wars vs. Rebels animation comparison, or even watch an episode of one then the other, you can tell a drastic difference in the looks of the characters. Its not just the animation Im upset about as well. I just dont like the fact that (whoever produced/directed the clone wars) couldn't have just done the same with Rebels and made a new show with the same look. I guarantee that so many more people would watch it if it looked like The Clone Wars.

I see a huge difference, for example look at the detail of Ezra's face compared to ahsoka's in the CW video (besides the tatoos). Ezra's seems more smooth a clean while Ahsoka's looks more rough and dirty...I guess some people like my self just see more differences than others.

When i first saw it i thought it was going to be about actual rebles in the alliance not just a group of rouges (no offence Han) but that was when it was first coming out, Though i would like to see actual Alliance epsoides with rebel soilders and that like they did with clones in the clone wars you know?

I gave the show a shot, and I really can't see how a bunch of teenagers can beat an empire.

It's not that the lack of violence that deters me from watching it, its how poorly each episode is executed when you compare it to Clone Wars.

meh...the clone wars was definitely my favorite from any part of Star Wars (idk why), but it just kinda bugs me of the downgrade Rebels made from The Clone Wars graphics wise

I wished we still had the Clone Wars show. But instead disney screwed us over right when they bought lucasflims and cancelled the show. And now we have ugly,dumb and uninteresting Rebels.....
