What is your favorite game/book lore?

I would have to say Metroid for me.

And for books I would say the Warhammer fantasy/40k lore.

I have read much lore or books... But from those I remember, I have to go with Undertale.

A Song of Ice and Fire, The Lord of the Rings (also The Hobbit and The Silmarilion), The Chronices of Narnia, etc

Hmmm...

Halo lore has always been super fascinating to me. Same goes for the Bioshock world.

Books? The world that exists in the Sprawl trilogy. Oh, and the world of The Dark Tower series.
