Why does it say to me; "can't add as friend, his friend list is full"

Your account is limited. You need to spend $5 dollars in the store

Does it say that when you try and friend someone? From his description, it sounds like his friend filled up his friend slots, and can't add anymore. Which can be an issue for low level accounts. But yea, if you didn't make a $5.00 I thought you couldn't even send friend invites, just accept them.

Yes, it does. A friend of mine with a limited amount tried to add me and it says that my list were full but I only have 38 friends using my 430 friends slots.
