Yes. Bundle Stars is an authorized, legitimate reseller.

It's 100% legit.

If you have to go into further detail, yes.

There's also a tiny chance that they'll demand a sacrifice if you buy a bundle

When I see "https" in the url of a website that I have never been to before it makes me feel 99% confident that it is legit.

3 dogs, your first born child, a set of all Abba records released in the 70's, a week with your significant other, and 5 pints of blood.

And a taco from Taco Bell, express mailed to Dean.

I might have to adopt a child and some dogs but I'll be able to pull through
I'll give them my girlfriend as property so that's settled
The taco will be half eaten

just like any other site it depends on the sales. Thats why i have multiple gaming bundle sites, etc like this, steam, etc to shop and see what they are selling. Some are good, some not all depends on the game and sales, etc.

For instance i was looking at one bundle for 2.99 which had like 10 cheap games in it, but i also know i've picked up many of those games when they were 14 cents on sale on steam, so paying 2.99 for the bundle? easy, but not cheaper. But again, you just have to know what a game general goes for and what a "good" sale for it is.
