Looking for a sandbox game with dwarves

Dwarves, Can't get enough of them. Whether they are from Warhammer, Warcraft, LOTR, or Kings Of War. I love them all. So can anyone suggest to me a good sandbox game (or RTS or RPG) that is dwarf oriented? or at the very least has playable dwarfs? I don't have any of those games aside from vermintide, and Heroes of Annihilated Empires (Crash Fest) on my computer :P

It's been on my wishlist for a while, don't mind turn based, In fact I love it in some cases. But is it any good? do I have to play through a pre set track of missions, or is it sandbox?

Oh I'm sorry, it's not a sandbox... I believe this game is on Steam, you should take a look to see if you like it at least, I love the series, but it's not a sandbox at all

Oh I'm sorry, it's not a sandbox... I believe this game is on Steam, you should take a look to see if you like it at least, I love the series, but it's not a sandbox at all

I have, from Warband to Total war I have been trying to get mods that made my games feel dwarven fantasy esque. but it still has not filled my Dwarf craving.

Gnomoria is basically Dwarf Fortress light, with better UI. And quite a lot of people consider them dwarves. The game is certainly a lot more worth than 7 bucks.

may try the 2nd one, the UI of dwarf fortress is a bit confusing.
