Mouse pad will not flatten
For 5 months I have been using a Logitech G240. [gaming.logitech.com] The mouse pad is very thin, has a cloth surface and rubber base. The whole time that I have used it, the two bottom corners slightly curl up. I've rested books on the uneven corners overnight but that didn't fix it. Are there any other suggestions?

Same thing my pad is curling also dont iron it it will melt the rubber if there is rubber
Get a hard pad, I hate those cloth pads, they smell like chemical spill and never want to settle right.
I have the same problem, these pads are just so awful
Place items on top of it to weigh it down for awhile. Heavy stuff. Or try curling them the opposite way. Then again, do you really need a mouse pad? I haven't used one in about ten years or so.
Yes, it can be ironed. Lightly mist it with water or if you have a steam iron, you may use steam or spray from it. Place a damp (not super wet, wring it out) washcloth on the place you want to iron and gently iron the corners. Check frequently to make sure the rubber is not melting.
If this doesn't work then sadly it may be a defect in how the edges were sewn. If somehow the stitches were pulled too tight during manufacture then it will cause the edges to curl.

Hope this helped someone in 2020.

it did in 2021! :)

always wondered about this and figured that it would be a waste to just buy a new one... which would have been my third purchase. too bad I don't have any kind of iron to do this with, though 😅
This is why i don't use pads anymore they suck.
I have something similar from Logitech, cant be beothered trying to flatten the edge that developed a 'boil' on it. I think I'll replace it as some point. I like Logitech mice but their mousepads are horrid.
I have to clean it very often as it often gets a 'rough' feel. Any dust on it makes it unpleasant to mouse my mouse over.
I ditched them for the same reason, 10 years ago I bought a 12x18 desk pad at a Staples.

Placed it along the edge of the desk's right hand side so that the 12 inches are along the width rather than the depth, hasn't failed yet and the freedom of movement is amazing.

this
i used one of these for about a year now and it changed my life
flip it over and glue something to the back. Then it will start to curl the other way.
My mouse mat is 400mm x 450mm. It's pretty sweet.
I game sitting up in bed with my back against pillows. The kb balances on the left leg and the mouse glides on a pad which is on a laptop pad on the bed.

I need a fix all around. The pads do work but I'd like something different and revolutionary. Hand attached mouse or something
