I was searching some cool videos of PS3+Ps vita ..And guess what i found a video where a guy is COD BO3 in PS VITA???WOW IS THIS REALLY POSSIBLE?I am dancing like as if i have gone crazy???

Ps vita has ability to run PS4 Games?

Time for another PS Vita Remote Play video! Here I'm playing Call of Duty Black Ops 3 from the Playstation 4. I do these videos so you guys can see how the game performs on the Vita via remote play.

Yeah that is the PS to Vita streaming. They are just streaming the playstation to the vita allowing you to play on it while someone else watches the tv for an example. You might get lag (even more so if you move too far away from the playstation) Look up ''Playstation Remote Play'' for more information on the subject.

Didn't you read my comment? Yes you need a playstation to do that. The vita itself can't run these games.

Unless they downgrade the graphics servely, there's no way a handheld console can run a >2014 game

Well it can use playstation remote play to stream and play it on there, kinda like how the Wii U handels it. You don't have to lie.

It stills allows for people to play it outside their tv and on the vita. I already made it pretty clear in my earlier posts that it's streaming and the act of playing them alone on the vita isn't happening. For a big family streaming the game to the vita while others are watching tv is a pretty cool feature.
