Mouse Problems (Razer Orochi 8200)
I recently got a new mouse, to be specific, a Razer Orochi 8200 DPI. I have only had it actually work for 10 seconds. I can't use the bluetooth on it because I don't have the Adapter, and whenever I plug it in to use the wired mode it's lights go out and nothing happens. I've reinstalled it's software repeatedly, restarted, turned it on and off. And to top it off, it won't even show up anywhere on my computer when it is plugged in. Anyone got any tips?

open in razer synapse and check if it is there

... It's not there. It's not in the device manager, it's not in synapse, it's not even there when I check within the advanced device manager showing all connected devices.

And it gets better, that is basically what the support told me after waiting for 12 hours.
