Multiplayer is annoying, and PvP is a cesspool.
If I'm not into reading visual novels or books, that's when I play PvP.
I woulda been interested in some PvE just like during my early teenage years, but most of those games do require tonsa grinding, and I have no time to spare to that, so.. But yeah, I mighta have enjoyed that a lot more than PvP for a little while for a change of pace.
I like being the lone adventurer out on their own journey. (At least in the context of my own environment; I don’t mind having NPC companions.)
I do also really like the idea of ‘shared worlds’, where you’re able to interact with other people, but aren’t necessarily playing a cooperative experience specifically. Think MMOs, as well as stuff like the player messaging system and invasion / summoning mechanics in FromSoftware games.
Essentially it’s like a singleplayer game in which you have the choice of whether or not to engage with other players and turn the experience into a cooperative one, but without completely sacrificing the ability to be solo.
Bam - Snap!
solution in very first reply!!
There can be only one (player)
In regards to PvP nowadays only play it from time to time, FPS for example have some blatant problem with cheaters, as in no clip around the map, ignore all walls + good ol' aimbot, crashing the server on purpose, etc.
