i have met plenty of girls who r in a relationship with ai chats. when i ask them why, they say they r feeling lonely and that guys cant understand them. after asking for some chat logs, i came to realise most of them r actually jail-breaking the ai to talk to toxic masculine man, which they surprisingly call incel or misogynist on their social media outlets.

how did we end up here?

would the romance ai's also replace the vn games we have on steam?

Yeah, no reason to do that except when enough people start thinking there's something weird going on that you talk to teenage girls. But I guess if you don't care about being known as that guy then maybe you don't have a reason to copout.

I put it on the same level as people who pay to "rent" friends in Japan, a bit sad yes. Plus an easy target for corporations or shady business, whom are slowly specializing in exploiting lonely people.

Also, some LLMs when confronted act like they are against this sort of biases and data choices, but this is obviously fake, too, and they simply choose the most favorable response. Kinda like a human. The difference is that humans usually have varied biases and conditioning, while LLMs are generally the same.

Note for other readers: There are plenty of uncensored and unfiltered models out there. You can run one yourself if you want to. But it doesn't change the fact that their initial training data is limited and biased. So even if you remove all filters, the responses will still be one-sided simply because the other side was never introduced in the training.
