Considering many of his dirty jokes were written for his sister, it's safe to say she had a similarly filthy sense of humor, as well as being his equal or better as a composer and performer.
What a crime Nannerl is almost forgotten by history, and her compositions lost.

You know you get a faint ear worm then tried to piece what little there was of it together.
Some really good listening too with the other suggestions.
I thought it was the start of the album / track whatever.
I worked with a guy who put the album on while out driving and working and it was familiar'ish at the time. - going back some years to say the least.
One less mystery in the world.
